1. Agreement

By accessing or using Post with Purpose ("the Platform") at app.postwithpurpose.co.uk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of service

Post with Purpose is an AI-powered content generation platform for brands. The Platform uses artificial intelligence to generate articles, social media posts, and other content based on brand information you provide. Content is generated using third-party AI models (currently OpenAI).

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform.
• Use the Platform to generate content that is harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Platform.
• Share your account credentials with third parties.

5. Credits and billing

• The Platform operates on a credit-based system. Each brand is allocated a token allowance.
• AI-generated content consumes tokens from your allowance.
• When your credit allowance is exhausted, content generation features will be unavailable until credits are replenished.
• Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Intellectual property

• Your content: You retain ownership of all brand data, notes, images, and other content you upload to the Platform.
• Generated content: AI-generated articles and content produced by the Platform are yours to use as you see fit, subject to OpenAI's usage policies.
• Platform: The Platform itself, including its design, code, and features, is owned by Post with Purpose. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform.

7. AI-generated content disclaimer

• AI-generated content is produced by machine learning models and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases.
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content before publication.
• The Platform does not guarantee that generated content is factually accurate, original, or suitable for any particular purpose.
• Generated content should not be treated as professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise).

8. Availability and support

• We aim to keep the Platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.
• Support is provided via email on a best-efforts basis.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Post with Purpose shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Platform.

10. Termination

• You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
• We will retain your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
